“While Viator is usually a good bet, I wouldn’t recommend the partnered tour provider, Evan Evans. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I woke up ill the morning of the tour, requested a partial refund and wasn’t offered anything, despite going on another tour with them 2 days prior with our friends we were traveling with. Our friends also still ended up going on this one! In the end Viator also refused to assist in any way or even offer a partial refund in the form of a credit. Between us and our friends with two tours, we spent a total of over $1100, and I request $130…”

“We had a wonderful time - there was plenty of time at each location to sightsee, eat, wander and shop. Everyone in my family enjoyed each section of the trip, and our coach bus with the little tables was lovely.”

Our time at Canterbury Cathedral and in the surrounding town was the best part! Unfortunately, our day was rainy so we did not get the best sightseeing at the Dover cliffs, though.”
