I woke up ill the morning of the tour, requested a partial refund and wasn’t offered anything, despite going on another tour with them 2 days prior with our friends we were traveling with. Our friends also still ended up going on this one! In the end Viator also refused to assist in any way or even offer a partial refund in the form of a credit. “The organization of the tour was not ideal. The order of sightseeing was different than described in online information, causing the need for more driving and leaving less time for exploring. Our tour felt very rushed, there was not nearly enough time given to enjoy Stonehenge and to see the Windsor Castle (there was 70 min total for State Rooms, St George Cathedral, castle grounds, and 15 min walk back to the bus). We spent most of the day riding on the bus. Upon returning to London we were dropped off far from the pickup place (Victoria station) which was very inconvenient.”
