“I was very dissatisfied with the tour. We arrive 5 minutes before the start time to be told that there was too many people booked onto the tour so the tour would be split into two groups. We then remained behind whilst the original tour started their tour. We waited for another 20 mins before our tour started properly as people kept on arriving late whilst we waited for them all to be processed by our tour leader. That original tour started before us and finished after us. I think for the money I paid it was a serious disappointment. Bridget, was quirky and I’m sure a great person, however…”
