They really worked with my on the times for the eye and even changed my time a few times for me when it became apparent we were going to miss our original scheduled time. The boat was fun. They added commentary and some stories which we appreciated. Now the bus. It was very hot when we went and there was no a/c down below and only small vent windows. We went from stop 35 to stop 16 in nearly 3 hours in our attempt to get to the boat (and then the eye). This isn’t their fault of course but the traffic in London…”

Book directly with the tour guide and DO NOT book the tour with the “live guide” (about $48 US per person) because it doesn’t include the hop on-off benefit AND you’ll pay less on the tour operator website. You are stuck on the bus for 2 hours with the driver you’ve got. No on-off privileges. Our guide (and older gentleman) spoke SO fast, mixing in English humor and sarcasm within such a thick accent that we couldn’t understand the majority of what he said. What we could understand, we couldn’t tell if he was joking or serious. It was terrible. Please go…”
