“Unfortunately, I did not ever get connected to the activity. I did speak to a nice customer service person who referred to herself as “Hanna” via text contact. Supposedly, someone would contact me about possibly rescheduling but I didn’t hear anything. It was very confusing and she indicated that I might have misread the time so that’s why I couldn’t connect. I have to say that it would’ve been easier to swim the English Channel blindfolded than to navigate the system the contact numbers and sites to ask for help were indicated to be not in service or operational. The length of the tour was just about right. There is a lot of walking so it would be difficult for younger children or the elderly. “The trip was amazing, and Matt our guide was so friendly, and shared information and history all around the trip. Oxford was rich with historical steps, and the 2 hours in the city passed quickly, after that we had two stops 1 hour each, in the charming places where the Cotswolds style beige houses were built, in the midst of a breathtaking nature. It is an unforgettable day, and I would highly recommend this trip to people who enjoy history, nature and old houses and villages.”
