“Cancelled our carriage ride at the last minute, kids were very disappointed. I would suggest if you do book with them to have a back up activity planned. When I expressed my disappointment about it, the owner was rude and didn’t offer an alternative date which made me suspect the cancellation was more to do with our party size, he went back and forth with nasty texts to the point of harassment. I may have accepted his excuse of a horse needing reshoeing if he had offered an alternative date or time, which he didn’t. My advice is avoid…your choice.”
