“This tour says it starts at 3pm. The tour actually starts at 230pm. We showed up at 250 and learned this. Missed half the tour bc of the wrong time listed on Viator - even the tower reception people said they dont know why it says 3pm. Other than that, it was fine. Beefeater had interesting stories; it would have been nice if we'd heard the entire tour we paid for.”

“London Pass was easy to use, but one unfortunate part was Big Bus who I chose to use as my hop-on hop-off bus. They were apparently having a bad day with computers crashing and so services were significantly delayed as they swapped buses throughout the day. This meant I was unable to see as many attractions as I had planned and ultimately needed a $20 can ride to reach my final destination on time.”

“The tour guide was excellent—very personable and witty. We especially enjoyed the interaction with the Beefeater. That said, for a family with younger children (ours are 9 and 6), the tour felt quite long and very history-heavy, which made it harder for them to stay engaged.”

“This tour was not good for children. There was not enough exploring, and more discussion on the surroundings. We had 11 and 13 year old boys and they wanted to explore the grounds more than stnad around and listen to the tour guide. Great tour, just not for a family.”

“Tour Company called to tell us St. Paul's was closing early, which meant no city sightseeing tour for us. They offered to reschedule or refund our money, but that wasn't an option for us as places sell out and we had other things planned for our final two days in London. So we met the group at St. Pauls and were dropped off at the Tower of London. While I don't fault anyone for St. Paul's closing early and our departure date causing conflict, I don't feel like we got our money's worth at all, and we had to be flexible to meet at an alternate location and give up…”
