“Great value when booked this way. They really worked with my on the times for the eye and even changed my time a few times for me when it became apparent we were going to miss our original scheduled time. The boat was fun. They added commentary and some stories which we appreciated. Now the bus. It was very hot when we went and there was no a/c down below and only small vent windows. We went from stop 35 to stop 16 in nearly 3 hours in our attempt to get to the boat (and then the eye). This isn’t their fault of course but the traffic in London…”
