“The tour guide was excellent—very personable and witty. We especially enjoyed the interaction with the Beefeater. That said, for a family with younger children (ours are 9 and 6), the tour felt quite long and very history-heavy, which made it harder for them to stay engaged.”

“The set up was great: great staff, ambiance, bus route and the food / drink selection. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The bus tour took us to the main spots in London, so we had the best vantage point to take great pictures. The glass roof top of the bus was brilliant for taking pictures - I was very surprised how good they turned out. The bus must have been very impressive from outside as well, as we noticed many tourists taking pictures of our bus. It was a great experience, and we'll do it again!”

“Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour itself was great, BUT when we had tea at the Orangery they sat us together as a tour group not by family/party. It should state this at the time of booking and allow you to have a separate table for your family. The people we went with on the tour were nice, but we wanted to have tea as a family and not have awkward small talk with strangers that didn’t speak our language very well.
